Registration Cancellation Policy

- Full refund if cancelled within 30 days (no later than Sept. 2, 2018)

- 50% refund if cancelled within 15 days (no later than Sept. 16, 2018)

No refund after that but a person can be substituted if a delegate cannot make it.
