Joanne Leskow

Joanne Leskow is both a student and champion of corporate culture, transformational change, and authentic leadership.  She is privileged to contribute her award-winning expertise to organizations across North America.  Her most proud moments and profound culture insights came from the decade she spent defining and evolving the legendary corporate culture at WestJet Airlines.  With rapid growth and expansion, change was definitely a constant. Joanne has also led transformation in police training, courtroom representation, legal services marketing, and creating culture-propelling workspaces.  In 2015, Mount Royal University honoured Joanne with a Distinguished Teaching Award for her contributions in Leadership, Culture, and Change.   An award-winning teacher, today she's giving us all an A+!
