As usual, we have a great lineup of pre-conference activities for delegates and their partners who want to arrive early and experience the Rockies! These include golfing at a premiere golf course, a tour of the surrounding attractions, and the conference kicks off with a Wine and Cheese reception at 6pm October 2.

Wednesday October 4th, 2017
Starting with a Wine and Cheese reception on October 2, 2017, expect a great lineup of speakers and events for the next 3 days. As usual, our famous hospitality suite will be open for networking with your peers and presenters. Bring your spouse to the gala banquet on Thursday night and enjoy a wonderful meal followed by first class entertainment! Ending on Thursday, October 5 at noon will allow you to explore the mountains before heading home or take advantage of the weekend in the Rockies at the conference rate.
