Making the best first impression by Onboarding

First impressions are the cornerstone of positive employee engagement and orientations. Companies often assume too much about their new employees knowledge and expectations. Employees should be treated like foreign visitors from a far away land who are unfamiliar of the organisation's language, customs, traditions and culture. Instead we treat new employees like our annoying cousins visiting for the summer, if you are hungry, help yourself. Adam Czarnecki will go over helpful strategies to ensure your new hires feel welcomed and feel confident they made the right choice about joining your team.
