Sarah Tokar

Sarah Tokar is a Partner within David Aplin Group’s Executive Search practice in Edmonton. She has been with David Aplin Group since 2008 and has functioned in senior leadership roles on our executive team including Human Resources Manager and Corporate Services Manager providing high level administrative, strategic planning and operational support, research and advice to Aplin’s Advisory Board.  She also currently serves on the board of directors for the St. Albert Family Resources Centre and the Bredin Centre for Learning. Mother of two, Sarah holds an MBA from Athabasca University (which she completed while working full-time) and a Bilingual Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Alberta.  She is also a Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR), a Registered Professional Recruiter (RPR), and a certified psychometrist in TAIS (The Attentional Interpersonal Style Inventory) and Birkman Consultant.

You can’t manage time, but you can manage yourself.  Managing time is really about self-management and personal efficiency. Your time is extremely important and there's never enough time to do everything. In today's fast-paced world it's important to continually raise your personal productivity bar. Your career, sense of satisfaction, and overall life success depend on your ability to become more efficient and skillful at managing time.
