1:00pm - 2:00pm (Breakout Session 6)

Establishing Role Clarity & Increasing Productivity

Most people are asked to join a team to "do a job" and work well with others. Unfortunately, that version of how we work together is antiquated. At best people are trying to juggle what they do and how they do it as separate competencies.  Evan brings a unique mix of Performance Psychology and Organizational Effectiveness into his Executive Coaching practice.  This session will be bringing ideas from his work with teams and individuals on how to feed your focus, starve your distractions, and ensure that your great strategies and goals find their way into execution.  We will consider what we do as informal leaders, and human resource professionals to provide people with what they need to contribute at a deeper level.
