Communicating Your Way to Success!

The best ideas don't win. The ideas that get implemented best win. Successful business leaders are adept at communicating their ideas, proposals and plans. They can generate results even in tough, lean times. Most professionals spend very little time mastering this critical skill. This session will build on the talents HR professionals already possess and give you the communication understanding and tools to create a bigger impact for yourself and your organization!

2:30pm - 3:30pm (Breakout Session 3)

Results Based Communication

Results-based communication will enable you to attain purposeful and value-added outcomes for yourself and your organization.  In this session, you will learn three specific things: 1) how to use the P.C.A.R. model to communicate more effectively for results, 2) how to use The B.U.I.L.D. model to structure your communication so that you are not just listened to, but heard, and 3) how to results-based communication helps you better align the strategy and execution gap within your organization.  Bottom line, you will learn how to communicate “your value” for maximum results!
