Jeff Nichol

Jeff Nichol is a senior Consultant with Lane Quinn Benefit Consultants and has been with the firm since 2009.  Lane Quinn has been providing independent advice to municipalities across Alberta since 2001 and have been proud partners of AAMDC Employee Benefits Program since 2013. Over the past 4 years, Jeff and his team have been the driving force behind the growth of the AAMDC benefit program which currently provides services to 67 AAMDC Member municipalities. Outside of the AAMDC program, Lane Quinn manages over 400 group and individual Employee Benefit Programs.

In our session, we will identify the 5 'W' questions that must be answered when an organizations considering a review of their Employee benefit offering.  This is an educational session complete with insider tips such as, how insurance carriers price their programs and how to avoid having a carrier 'buy' your business. We will also include a case study of a Municipality review along with the action taken by their leadership team.
